Our Installation Process

Every home is unique in shape, size, and surroundings, which is why it is essential to
analyze each home to determine how a solar system can be customized to each
particular property. Before any contracts are signed or equipment purchased,
SonoMarin Solar & Electric will carefully evaluate the key conditions of your home, from
roof size, pitch, orientation, shading, and other variables that impact energy production.
We will not begin the project until all stakeholders are confident of the outcome. With a
team of dedicated professionals, we are committed to delivering the success we
promise.

Project Management

We will personally guide you through every step of the process. Any concerns or
questions will be promptly answered to your satisfaction. Our team will ensure your
project is installed exactly as designed and to your specific specifications.

DESIGN

Our team will do a detailed site evaluation including 3D satellite site renderings, a
structural roof analysis, and electrical assessment of your home or business. After all
the cranks are turned and computed, we’ll have the precise measurements and
calculations to install your solar system. We will then meet with you to go over the
design and layout of the system prior to commencing with the solar installation.

INSTALLATION OF YOUR SOLAR SYSTEM

The SonoMarin Solar & Electric team is with you every step of the way. A team of our
installation specialists will complete the entire residential solar installation typically                   
within 1-3 days after permits are granted. Once installations are completed, inspections
are performed along with a follow-up to ensure the system performs as expected. Our
team will keep you informed throughout the project and if there are any changes to
the product or schedule, we will contact you and keep you up to date.
