Avner Daabul - President

Avner Daabul has been in the solar industry since 2005 and brings with him more than 20 years of leadership and experience in the electrical and renewable energy field. A C-10 (electrical) and C46 (solar) licensed contractor, Avner started his electrical career in the Israeli Air Force,  then moved on to work with commercial and private jets in one of the world’s leading aerospace companies. He brings his passion for renewable energy to work with integrity and a strong commitment to efficiency and success. Avner believes in making this world a better place for future generations and knows investing in solar energy is one of the best ways to ensure that. Avner lives in San Rafael with his wife Dawn, and children. 

Nick PaggI - Chief Operating Officer

Nick brings 17 years of construction experience to SonoMarin Solar & Electric. He has worked in the solar and electrical industry for over 12 years in a variety of roles, as a solar installer, installation foreman, service manager and project manager for both commercial and residential solar projects. He has performed all levels of solar installation and has managed all levels of solar projects, overseeing scope throughout the project lifecycle. Nick values producing excellent work and interacting with customers to ensure that all of their needs are being met. In his off-time, Nick enjoys camping, snowboarding, and hiking with his wife, Stephanie and daughter Eva. They live in Novato with their bearded dragon, Yoshi.
